The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, ready to assist with any request, which added a personal touch to my experience. Though the area around the hotel doesn’t boast many shops, a new mall is conveniently located within reach, providing ample opportunities for some budget-friendly shopping. The blend of cleanliness, comfort, and accommodating staff makes this aparthotel an excellent choice for anyone looking to explore Madinah while enjoying the luxuries of home. I'll definitely keep this gem on my list for future trips!
